- Manages annual underground storage tank system (UST) testing for compliance with federal and state requirements.
- In order to achieve 100% site compliance, Crompco’s team of professionals will manage equipment and test failures by working proactively with the regulatory community and the various responsible personnel and departments within our customer’s organization.
- Manages emergency testing of equipment as part of investigation of suspected fuel releases.
- Annual Compliance Testing Management: Works proactively with approved third-party testing companies in order to schedule and test underground storage tank system equipment within local, state and federal required time frames.
- Develops proper testing scope for all stations and ensures that all testing is completed within one year of prior testing for compliance with regulations.
- Community Right to Know: Develops and executes annual mailings and notifications.
- Ensures the customer is notified of testing schedule and that stations have sufficient product levels for testing. Provides test results to state regulatory agencies as required.
- Equipment Failures: Ensures there is timely notification of equipment failures to state regulators, third-party contractors and required customer personnel. Tracks failures and works with our customer and third party contractors to ensure repairs are completed and equipment is retested in a timely fashion.
- Emergency Testing: Works actively with approved third-party UST testing companies in order to test equipment when a fuel release is suspected or there has been an incident at the station that may have impacted the integrity of the equipment.
